About Coogee Publishing
Coogee Publishing is a children’s book imprint run by authors Alister and Tim Harrison.
Our first book, Where’s My Surfboard?, came out in 2022 with illustrations by Ruth de Vos. Jack can’t find his surfboard, and on his hunt around the house he remembers his hat, sunscreen and drink bottle. It is a gentle way to talk with children about planning, problem-solving and putting things back where they belong.
Next is a new series of sports adventures with Ollie, his little sister Brisa and Scruffy the terrier, starting with Where’s My Skateboard?
Tim Harrison
Tim Harrison is a navy diver, PE and outdoor education teacher, author and a Director of Coogee Publishing. His success working in some of the hardest conditions has helped shape his philosophy about being organised and autonomous.
